Differences between German Rottweiler,Serbian Rottweiler and American Rottweiler

The Rottweiler is a breed of dog that has variations in appearance and temperament depending on the region where they were bred.

Here are some of the key differences between Serbian Rottweilers, German Rottweilers, and American Rottweilers

 

Serbian Rottweilers

Serbian Rottweilers are known for their large size, blocky head, and muscular build. They tend to have a more robust and intimidating appearance than other Rottweilers. Serbian Rottweilers also tend to have a higher prey drive than other Rottweilers, which can make them more challenging to train and handle.

German Rottweilers

German Rottweilers are the breed standard for Rottweilers and are considered the original Rottweilers.They are often bred for their size and strength have a more massive head and body structure,and their temperament can vary widely depending on the breeding line. Some German Rottweilers may be more aggressive and difficult to handle than American Rottweilers. 

American Rottweilers

American Rottweilers are typically leaner than German Rottweilers and have a more massive head and body structure.  They tend to be slightly smaller and lighter than other Rottweilers, with a more refined head and body shape. American Rottweilers are known for their calm and playful temperament and are often used as police and service dogs.
